7 days. fully immersed. 5-8 people.

The Story

aloha, neighbors. i’m Penn.

since my arrival earth side in 1991, i’ve been the black sheep of my family lineage. i was always getting in trouble for not raising my hand in school. constantly grounded by my parents. always getting caught for everything that was out of integrity.

i grew up in an upper-middle class neighborhood surrounded by people who secretly hated their lives, wanted to divorce their spouses, drank heavily to drown their feelings and emotions, and never spoke their truth because they were afraid of how others would perceive them.

in high school i played hours of video games every day,ate countless bags of doritos, and drank copious amounts of mountain dew. i lived on junk food, screens, and watched lots of pornography.

i went to college to be a writer, became a vegan after watching a documentary, graduated, burnt out on activism, tried to fight the oil and gas industry, became an alcoholic, and started using music as my meditation. at the time, i didn’t know what a nervous system was, but i knew music made me much more chill.

in 2017, after it almost killed me multiple times, i stopped drinking. around the same time, i stopped eating processed food. in 2024, after over a decade, i quit smoking cannabis.

for 17 years i’ve been writing songs and telling stories.

for 13 years i lived nomadically in a van driving across the US playing everywhere from festivals to pet stores. last year with 4 days notice, i booked a one-way flight to India for the Maha Kumbh Mela, the biggest spiritual event in the history of the world.

from there, i traveled barefoot through India, Nepal, Thailand, and Indonesia. i embarked on a 2,000 km road trip across Northern India with Babas who referred to me as a saint. i took a 1,200 km 18-day solo motorbike trip across an island called Flores in Indonesia, sleeping in random villages, and becoming stranded without money or a phone for days, just to see a sunrise over a volcano. i spent 2 months in the rice fields in Pai crying, learning how to rest, and staring at the mountains as the rain penetrated my soul.

these lessons became my greatest teachers.

in the form of songs and embodiment. i’ve traveled the depths of the cosmos on psychedelics and in ceremony. i’ve ridden the waves of deep grief, heartbreak, and ego death. i journeyed the caverns of the human psyche and the earth to gather these codes and mantras so that others have a place to land and feel seen.

simply by living my life i’ve inspired people to open music studios, follow their passions, pick up their guitar for the first time in 10 years and write a song. i’ve helped friends heal chronic pain and trauma and quit their jobs and mend their relationships with their families. i’ve helped tens of thousands of people release tears, feel safe, and move through their deepest shadows so they no longer control them anymore.

so many people have asked me how i’ve done this.

escaped the matrix, ditched the 9-5, and just sent it into the world. the truth is - i never entered. i’ve been outside of it the whole time. and now i’m here to inspire everyone else to do the same.

the Return isn’t a retreat. it’s a 7-day initiation.

an integrative process birthed through me to help people biologically recalibrate their entire system and remember the old ways.

no phone. no shoes. no itinerary.

embodied rising practices.

simple nourishing foods.

waterfall hikes and adventures.

primal skills.

stillness.

silence.

rest.

the nightly music shared around the campfire is the intersection of science and spirituality. a medicine ceremony, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and integration space all in one. an opportunity to receive the wisdom of your ancestors and the earth through song and story.

this work transcends niches.

everyone needs it. founders, healers, professionals, 9-5ers, life coaches, thought leaders, visionaries, artists and whoever is in between all those titles.

once upon a time, we lived in tribes. and in the tribe, everyone had a role, everyone had a medicine. during this process, deep in nature and without distractions from the outside world you uncover that medicine. from there, you may decide to offer something of your own that allows you to share that medicine and be of service to the world.

when the time is right for you to step in, you’ll know.

Meet Your Guide

14 years apprenticed to land & lineage.
500+ songs from the land.
guiding souls forward into rhythm through:
nervous system recalibration, song, community, and soul-level remembrance.

This isn’t a retreat.
It’s a soul reset.

The Threshold

this is an embodied journey.

a weaving of ancestral song, deep conversation, and lived experience across thousands of miles and years of devotion.

i know what it’s like to achieve everything on the outside while running on empty inside. to hold others, but have no one to hold you. to be surrounded by people, but feel empty inside. to scroll past a hundred transformational offers that all look the same.

this isn’t that.

this is guidance forged from the road. from ceremony. from grief and rebirth. from walking through fire until the songs came. an intersection where mystical meets practical and nothing is performative.

a space to be your full self, unhinged, wild, feral, open, honest, and most of all - real.

the temple opens wherever we find ourselves: mountain, jungle, desert, forest.

the songs, the stories, our gifts, the land itself, and the presence i carry are the medicine.

you, me, 5-8 brothers & sisters, and a simple nourishing week in the outdoors. that’s it.

Penn’s presence alone expands the room. it’s generous, grounding, and genuinely contagious. he cares deeply about people, not in a performative way, but in a way that makes you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself.

— Angela Hutchinson | Coach & Conscious Comedian

Who It’s For

this immersion is for you if you’re in a transition where the life you’ve been living no longer fits your soul’s purpose and you’re wondering what’s next. if you’re burnt out and running on empty. if you’re surrounded by people but feel alone. if you’ve done the therapy, the courses, the retreats, and something still feels missing. if you’re craving real connection, real nature, real conversation. if you just need to stop. breathe. remember.

A Typical Day

rising practices: waking up with bare feet on the earth, yoga nidara, regulating breathwork, movement.

breakfast: simple, nourishing, ancestral. food that actually fuels you.

adventure: hikes, waterfalls, rivers, fruit harvests, markets, cultural connections, primal skills. no itinerary.

lunch: slow. present. together.

rest: actual rest. no phones. no scrolling. no performing. just being.

dinner: gathered around the table. real conversation. real food. real people.

campfire: every night we close with music, story, and song. this is where the medicine moves through.

With over 30 years in health, wellness, and transformation, I can say with clarity: Penn’s innate gifts & authenticity set him apart.

— James Ayotte | Hypnotherapist

The ceremony with Penn was the pivotal moment that I began emerging from darkness and anxiety.

The Transformation

you arrive:

burnt out, numb, disconnected from your body, dysregulated, poor boundaries, people pleasing, playing small, repeating outdated patterns, feeling like you’re not living your own life, having no idea what’s next for you.

after 7 days you emerge with:

a fresh sense of clarity, a full cup of self-worth, deeper presence, full embodiment, regulation tools, reverence for mother earth, community-minded thinking, clearer communication, clear boundaries, a knowing of what you’re here on earth to do.

Amidst panic & perfectionism I discovered a sanctuary within
