Nothing shared in any session or material should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical condition.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

My work centers on spiritual guidance, emotional reflection, embodied presence, intuitive insight, song, ceremony, and sacred conversation. These experiences support clarity, grounding, and personal transformation.

I do not offer psychotherapy, clinical mental health treatment, medical advice, medication guidance, legal advice, financial advising, or crisis intervention.

If at any point you require mental health support, medical care, or crisis intervention, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional support outside this container.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge that:

You engage voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, choices, and outcomes.

Immersive experiences — including nature immersions, ceremonies, and extended retreats — take place in remote environments where medical facilities may not be readily available. You confirm you are in good mental and physical health and assume all risks associated with participation.

You release and hold harmless Penn Johnson and Temple of Eternal Echoes from any and all claims, losses, or damages arising directly or indirectly from your participation, including any aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

By participating, you grant Penn Johnson and Temple of Eternal Echoes permission to use your likeness in photographs, video, or other digital media for publications including web-based materials, without payment or additional consideration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

REFUND POLICY

All investments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This reflects the irreversible nature of the transformation, time, and energy invested in each container.

In the rare case that sessions have been completed and you feel the outcomes were not delivered as described, you may submit a written request for review within 14 days of your final session. Each case will be considered with integrity and handled privately.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, life circumstances, or failure to complete the container.

ECCLESIASTICAL COVERING

Temple of Eternal Echoes is a private ecclesiastical trust operating under the spiritual, expressive, and religious freedoms protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

All guidance, ceremonies, teachings, immersions, and Sacred Conversation work are offered as spiritual and religious ministry, outside the jurisdiction of state-licensed therapeutic or medical frameworks.

Participation is voluntary. All experiences are intended as spiritual companionship, personal reflection, and inner exploration.

By engaging in any offering with Penn Johnson or Temple of Eternal Echoes, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
